Homefeeds acts as a principal on its own account and not as an agent for you or any other person. If Homefeeds does not enforce any provision of this agreement, it shall not be considered a continuing waiver.
If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will, at Homefeeds’ option, be construed to reflect the parties’ intentions as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These terms constitute the full agreement between you and Homefeeds and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of the contract proposed.
Use of Homefeeds.co.uk and these terms are subject to English law and the jurisdiction of English courts.
To ensure that your credit, debit, or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate your name, address, and other personal information supplied during the order process against appropriate third-party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to such checks being made.
In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity—no credit check is performed, and your credit rating will be unaffected.

When you buy goods from a business, you have certain rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair, and/or compensation if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
You are only entitled to an automatic refund for faulty goods if you return them within 30 days. After this period, the retailer must be given a chance to repair or replace the item.
