Refunds

At Homefeeds Pet Food Supermarket, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for items purchased online.

This policy is separate from our Returns Policy and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You have exercised your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • The item has been returned in its original condition (unused, unopened, and in original packaging).

Certain items are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty (see below).

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within the specified timeframe via:

Once your refund request is approved, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

 

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return postage costs.
  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, return postage costs will be your responsibility.

If you return all items from your order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge (if applicable).

 

Items Not Eligible for Refund

The following items cannot be refunded unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., natural pet treats).
  • Opened or used pet food/feed.
  • Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., pet supplements, grooming products).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

  • You may request a refund, repair, or replacement.
  • We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
