Online Returns Policy

At Homefeeds Pet Food Supermarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you have the right to return it under UK consumer law.

This policy explains your rights and how to return items purchased online.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase goods online, by phone, or by mail, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, even if they are not faulty.

 

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You can do this by:

  •  Emailing us at hello@homefeeds.co.uk
  •  Calling us at 01270 586250
  •  Completing our online cancellation form (if applicable)

Once you have informed us, you have 14 days to return the goods.

Returning Your Items

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, including:
    • Perishable goods (such as natural pet treats).
    • Any Opened Pet Food/Feed
    • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened pet treats or supplements).

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • We will refund the cost of the item. The standard delivery charge will be refunded if all items from the order are returned.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to request a refund or replacement. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Exemptions from Returns

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., natural pet treats).
  • Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., pet supplements, grooming products).
