We deliver across the UK, excluding highlands and islands.
❓ What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. You’ll receive tracking updates via email.
❓ Can I change my delivery date?
If you need to adjust your delivery collection date, contact us before 12PM, and we may be able to modify it to better suit when you’ll be home.
Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will send you a tracking email with delivery updates. If you need to change your delivery date, simply follow the instructions in the tracking email to select a more convenient delivery option.
❓ What if my order is delayed?
DPD will aim for next-day delivery before 12pm, but if there are any courier delays, you will be notifed immediately and resolve the issue.
