Whilst our passion is ensuring that our customers get the correct informative advice on all the dietary needs of their pets, we also sell many traditional pet shop products as well. From leads collars and harnesses to wild bird feeders, to healthcare products – you will find an amazing range of products in our store – all backed by our honest knowledgeable advice and service. And all this is available 7 days week.
This website has been meticulously designed to offer our customers as much information and guidance as possible, it’s not just a normal e-commerce site, it allows you to see product details alongside large amounts of informative guidance on all our healthy feeds, treats and supplements – something you can refer back to whenever you need some help.
When visiting our superstore you will find a large free private car park, everything on one level, and a clean air replenishment system to reduce the risk of Coronavirus. We love to see your family pets, so all your furry friends are welcome to visit with you. Our superstore is kept immaculately clean, and we provide good sized trollies that are easy to manoeuvre in our wide aisles – we also will help you with any large bags in the store and load your vehicle for you – which is all part of our legendary customer service. And for our canine friends we have weighing scales that are free to use whenever you visit.
